Ciocchini Cleto was a painter well known among fishermen in the shoulder, which in turn, the artist knew well. Ciocchini born in the locality of San Vicente, April 23 1899. His family came from Lombardy. His first lessons in drawing and painting were received from his father, who was a poet and painter. Continued his artistic studies in the La Plata which first displayed the work, at age 11. He traveled to Europe, perfecting in Rome, Florence, Paris and Madrid.
